The one example I will speak about now was just a mortgage application with the Halifax building society which contained details not included in the actual offer some weeks later. Imagine if he could intercept HMRC documents too. HMRC have been scanning inwards mail ever for years, why pay £3m to a contractor to do it and add all the inherent risks?
