As opposed to the reality i.e it was one in a long succession of knee jerk reactions made by clueless idiots whose sole raison d'etre is to cut the public service until it bleeds dry. The best saving would be to sack the Board and the hundreds of totally unproductive senior managers. This would result in £millions of savings per annum, whilst instantly freeing the remaining staff to pursue the collection of tax, as opposed to worshipping LEAN, as their primary role.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
