And as a former member of staff left suicidal & broken by their unlawful misconduct, I would not usually defend these scumbags.<br /><br />HMRC have been doing this, on and off (mostly on but stopped briefly during the 'credit crunch') since they brought in external training from The Lidbury Partnership in 2000.
