Treasury Ditched Numerical Reasoning Test For DEI


 

After the George Floyd protests, the Treasury ditched its numerical reasoning test for prospective employees because it created an adverse impact on candidate diversity. 

Did HMRC do the same?

      Please don't mention the HMRC BMW scandal around here...people (possibly HMRC employees) persistently denied that they were supplying BMW cars to staff...except an FOI *confirmed* that they were and are!
