On a serious note, since HMRC's "Building Our Future" programme shutdown the network of UK-wide offices in local communities, any barbers or car wash operators avoiding or evading their taxes have a very high chance of getting away with it.

Don't forget the role of 'Sir' Jim Harra - now also knighted - in HMRC's abject failures. He was the previous CEO and also part of the Senior Leadership Team during the tenure of Straithie, Homer and Thomoson. He has questions to answer too; a disgrace to our country.
