Exactly this. You're disposable to HMRC. Like a bit of rubbish being discarded. If their work environment causes hard working staff a lifetime of sickness, pills, poverty and benefits, they really don't give two flying fucks. A vile bunch of people.

DeleteHave you actually worked at HMRC? I worked there for 18 years and saw a large number of lazy and corrupt staff. However, they are not a majority despite what some seem to think.

And is 4 days a year sick leave really excessive. It seems fairly normal to me.
