HMRC has had high sick levels for decades, they don't care. You're just disposable . I'll guarantee it's AOs that make up the highest percentage not the SCS and G7\G6
If challenged they'll promise reviews and crackdowns, the scum press will no doubt write a hit piece blaming lazy civil servants working from home and their gold plated pensions.
If you take 1000 calls a day they'll want 1001. As long as they look good for the stats
Exactly this. You're disposable to HMRC. Like a bit of rubbish being discarded. If their work environment causes hard working staff a lifetime of sickness, pills, poverty and benefits, they really don't give two flying fucks. A vile bunch of people.
Have you actually worked at HMRC? I worked there for 18 years and saw a large number of lazy and corrupt staff. However, they are not a majority despite what some seem to think.
@07:19. You obviously have absolutely no idea about the work HMRC does. Nowhere else in the jobs market would a criminal investigator be on under £30k a year. And is 4 days a year sick leave really excessive. It seems fairly normal to me.

DeleteWow. How are they getting away with this?
ReplyDeleteYou couldn't find an easier, less stressful non-job in the jobs market. How can they be stressed? Lazy wet wipes
ReplyDeleteI agree 💯
