What woukd it take for someone within the ranks of management and HR at HMRC to be sacked and/or prosecuted for incompetence and/or misconduct?
With credible allegations of these people driving bullying victims to the verge of suicide too, it's about time HMRC were investigated.

The HR people at HMRC are clearly adept at hounding innocent victims of the HMRC staff bullying culture, covering up misconduct and sacking women for being pregnant, but need to upskill and improve when it comes to sacking those who should be sacked, such as the criminal in this story.
That the vile HMRC criminal succeeded in his ET claim, can only be as a result of gross failings by management and HR, as is usual.
