Am told by @aeon456 the @HMRCgovuk line for Welsh speakers 0300 200 1900 is answered quickly but only deal with query if you speak Welsh!

The line would then be as clogged as the other lines and Welsh speakers would not get through. This would put the Welsh speakers in the same position as English speakers, though.
