  1. Any one with issue with service at Hmrc should drop CCA public sector director of the year 2017 Mike Baker a tweet @MikeABaker12
    I'm pretty sure he'll be happy to help!

  2. He lives in a parallel universe...say the words brilliant...energising...fantastic...inspired...and it will make the HMRC all better...instead of the bullying useless shambles that it is.
    The lower grades with their goodwill are keeping this sinking ship afloat.
    Senior management are shafting us big time...it has to stop...i,for one ,will be playing these bastards at their own game...we all need to.

  4. There is a lot of mention of bullying by hmrc staff on here (inc above). Also seen is mention of law-breaking civil & criminal.

    Problem is too many hmrc staff allow hmrc to just investigate themselves. And guess what? they are left bitterly upset at the subsequent cover-up.

    In my view the only way hmrc staff will ever get justice when it comes to criminal law-breaking by hmrc management is to report the matters to the police. That would ensure no cover-up and no hiding place for bullies who too often are protected by hmrc's internal cover-up machine.

    1. Would need a very good QC of the ability and tenacity such as Michael Mansfield. Funding would likely have to be via crowdfunding or similar as would not expect PCS to stump up any funds, they are part of the problem anyway!

      The situation within HMRC is not unknown within Westminster, and if the proverbial were to hit the fan and the issues be forced into the open then IPCC would have no choice but to dust off the covers and become involved. It requires such a broad investigation though, I doubt any organisation would wish to be involved e.g. HSE, Civil Service Ombudman,
      Select Committee.

      Who knows, expect the whole thing to continue to be covered up or ignored until such time as SHTF big time. Interesting to look around various definitions associated with conspiracy/conspiracy of silence;
      "a secret plan by a group to do something unlawful or harmful." (Oxford Dictionaries)
      "a secret agreement between two or more people to commit an unlawful or harmful act." (Vocabulary.com)
      " a usually secret or unstated agreement to remain silent among those who know something whose disclosure might be damaging, harmful, or against their own best interest or that of their associates. ..." (Dictionary.com)
      "the term used when 2 people act by agreement not to reveal any knowledge they have of an unlawful act."
      (Thelawdictionary.org/)

      Mmmm.....Matrix Chambers? Certainly experienced with HMC&E!

    2. From sixthformlaw.info:-
      Section 1(1) Criminal Law Act 1977;

      "…if a person agrees with any other person or persons that a course of conduct shall be pursued which, if the agreement is carried out in accordance with their intentions … (a) will necessarily amount to or involve the commission of any offence or offences by one or more of the parties to the agreement …he is guilty of conspiracy to commit the offence or offences in question."

      Follow that up with the 3 elements in statutory conspiracy...and what do you get?
      The answer is up in the cloud(s), with all the other details and electronic foot/finger prints...just got to seek and ye shalle finde!
      BTW, that is a clue for those that should be doing the looking.

  6. Agree with the above that PCS union are part of the problem with all the unlawful misconduct inside HMRC.

    In my personal experience PCS played a part in the cover up.

    HMRC Chief Executives from Homer to Thompson have turned a blind eye to what's going on for a long, long time. Only the attention of senior ministers and/or the police will change the culture.

    Civil legal proceedings are only effective if HMRC behave honestly and lawfully through such a process. If HMRC fake documents to change the narrative, hide relevant facts, excuse bullying, smear the victim etc etc, then the only recourse would be the criminal law.

    There is a lot of truth to come out. In my case it is clear that when confronted with hard, unavoidable facts, HMRC still carried on with the charade, despite their harassment causing me to suffer total mental breakdown, and HMRC produced documents which would amount to attempting to pervert the course of justice. Don't know how those involved in producing the fake evidence sleep at night because the truth will out...
