HMRC NOVA system. Now live for 7 days. Only been able to submit once. Always system error. Been told we are the only one with this problem. Really!!!
Just been told by Revenue they are having capacity issues with NOVA..same old....
Submitted 2 lots of vehicles from previous imports & both sets are showing problems on their systems, asking us to call back on 01304 664171, problem is that no one is answering except for an answering machine asking us to call back later.meanwhile we can't sell or register any of these machines until these issues are sorted, is this supposed to be good for business?what happened to reducing red tape? This is a crap system, why? because it's not working! so what are they going to do about it? Well the word "nothing" comes to mind or at least, "nothing soon"Another UK business being brought to it's knees by HMRC
SHOCKING - I'm so fed up with these guys.
NOVA clearance and vehicle registration --what is the complaint procedure with these coconuts ? We have been waiting two weeks now for this and nothing . End customer is waiting
Hey may I join your not very exclusive club I am trying to get 4 vehicles through NOVA - not a chance - there are vehicle errors but do not denote where/what the errors are and as for the call backs and the help line - £40 per day down the pan thanks to this - that is £40 after I've paid tax and NI of course.....................................
NO VA is Italian for no go !!!
Same problem here: vehicle is not accepted, further info needed, please call... well, either there is a message, that no one can pick up the phone or the line is busy! GREAT!
to make it even more fun, the hotline broke down and cannot be reached anymore... REALLY GREAT!, britain!
trying to find out about our NOVA1 application but the phoneline is permenantly engaged.
Latest problem is the phone number above (01304 664171) is given in a message asking for more info, but the phone number is 'not recognised', so just doesn't exist, making the NOVA team virtually un-contactable. What a mess.
Still sending messages to contact this number despite the years it has been changed to an 0300 number (0300 322 7071) . I remind them every time I call but nothing is ever done about it
