  1. Yep it don't give a fuck how it treats pesky taxpayers!
Bit like how they don't give a fuck about the way they leave some HMRC suicidal & homeless as a result of the unlawful bullying culture.
These people are not human!!! Scum of the earth cowards who would run away if they were verbally confronted face to face about their violent history of bullying!!!

  2. This is because there is nobody accountable in the shithole. It all looks good on the 'Stats' with pretty graphs. A nice chat with their manager at the end of the year on how much extra money they have brought in. Can I have a promotion please?

The Corporate Comms slime can 'diffuse, deflect and dissuade' with a plethora of PR Psychological techniques and social engineering right out of the Blair playbook. Move along, nothing to see here. Lives destroyed, but as long as the shit doesn't stick to them it's not important. The story is forgotten about at lot sooner than the consequences.

That's HMRC and the rules in a nutshell. Chapter and Verse of the Rulebook when it suits them and the agenda of the week, but steamrollered when it doesn't.

  3. Seems to me that the government needs to get a grip of HMRC, and have full investigation into the unsavory behavior which has been covered up over a period of time.

Does the fat man have anything to say? I bet he's looking forward to eating plenty of pies and cakes over the Christmas period but what about HMRC staff who will fear a continuation of the bullying in 2019? What about taxpayers who fear being targeted by the 'above the law' HMRC next?

Surely if these bastards are 'destroying lives' (taxpayers or staff) there should be accountability and severe punishment for the guilty?

    1. Surely it was HMG that gave carte blanche to HMRC and encourage them to raise revenue. They don't care how they get your money or even whether you owe it. They just litigate or in the case of EBTs make a new law like the 2019 loan charge

  5. HMRC are above the law.
They can lie and literally make stuff up.
They can bully causing violent harm.
    They can harass.
They can attempt to pervert the course.
    They commit contempt of court.
They enable law-breaking, some criminal, and have the power to cover it up.
There is no literally no consequences to their MISCONDUCT!!

No wonder people have nothing but contempt for this nasty, inhumane mob.
