Kable have published a list of HMRC's top 100 suppliers during the financial year 2009/10.In total HMRC spent £1.8BN on suppliers, of this £0.8BN went on the Aspire IT contract and £0.3BN went to the property company Mapeley (who have been featured on this site before - see tag below).
Tax does have to be taxing.
