    1. HMRC, experts and manage in the same line?

Nah, just does not happen in real life, this is fantasy?

    2. Yep certainly is fantasy.

All HMRC management (with a few exceptions) do is bully the stronger performers, damage their health, hound them out & they specialize in covering it all up.

Dangerous for people and costly for taxpayers when that department is crying out for competent & experienced staff.

    3. Andrea Leadsom MP has said that MPs could be sacked if they bully staff.

How about new rules in HMRC whereby staff engaged in bullying, however senior, are sacked and equally staff involved in the cover ups also face the same sanction?

Progress has been very slow on this issue but it'd be a major step forward and provide taxpayers with the assurance that they're dealing with a morally straight organisation. Just a thought...

    4. If they represent a consistent and ongoing threat to their employees health they must be breaking the law on a continuous basis.
Absence of evidence is not regarded as evidence of absence, most likely it is the result of cover-up, omission and other deliberate acts.
No fear of investigation let alone retribution, one queries why?

    5. The toxic culture within HMRC has allowed a cover up ring to operate within the ranks of management, HR and PCS union. This has largely been kept out of mainstream media but GPs, solicitors, mental health workers, union reps and the friends, families & partners of victims of this HMRC abuse, up and down the UK, are all too aware. My partner lost their health, livelihood & their home after trying to stand up to these lawless bullies. Did they apologise? Nope - Jon Thompson even tried to antagonise the situation with a letter to an MP. Shameless. One day evidence will emerge that HMRC created false fabricated evidence to cover up for bullies law breaking. People should be restless to obtain justice, I wonder what they are afraid of?
