ReplyDeleteHMRC are happy to enforce the rules when it suits them. Low hanging fruit, some poor 80 year old Doris gets a brown envelope and a knock on the door by some goblin. The big players get away with it .

HMRC should have the doors closed permanently. Let's see how the SCS brigade survive when they've got to sign on.
