  2. Trust me, there was a glitch with the survey software.

    Also, Dame Strathie seemed rather keen to wash over her performance at the Treasury Select Committee both on the intranet and yesterday's staff dial-in (cost circa £5K a time or 16.5 PAYE write off cases). I quote" she ably defended HMRC's reputation and ensured the message that her staff were getting the job done was delivered."
