  3. If you want to see HMRC 'quality' then look no further than their Field Force (aka the in-house field debt collectors) - more like a f**king farce! Clueless and so lacking in backbone I wonder how much money they DON'T collect.

  4. I appreciate that data security in HMRC leaves a lot to be desired and they have been known to break the law in this regard, but I note that Jake O'Hara has photographed the letter including the address and reference number which carries potential fraud risk!

HMRC breached my personal data & confidentiality by allowing a rogue manager to divulge sensitive information to all and sundry including their boyfriend whose threatening conduct included turning up at my private dwelling...and I was a member of HMRC staff!!! (even Sir Incompetent Thomo was fully aware and failed to order a criminal investigation into the manager's misconduct!!! A totally corrupt organisation!!!)

      The moral of the story is HMRC CANNOT BE TRUSTED WITH PERSONAL DATA!!!
