The Outdated Tax System Isn't Fit For Purpose

Elaine is right, the tax sytem isn't fit for purpose and fgor HMRC to waste its time and the time and money of taxpayers trying to force 21st century earning practises into a mid 20th century model is not just daft it's WRONG!!!

Tax does have to be taxing.

  1. HMRC are acting like "Playground Bullies" according to Michael Ogilvie in the article. I would never have believed that in a million years.

Considering this has been going on for years, why are they going after the prime time crowd now? Is it pimple squeezing fast trackers trying to make a name for themselves. It would be a gold star for their CV wouldn't it when they inevitably jump ship. Lets face it, they aren't putting in 40 years.

It seems to me the IR35 legislation is a dogs dinner from start to finish. What's next, haul in every sales rep and contractor in the country whenever they feel like it?. Well, the answer is yes, as nobody is held to account. Ever.

Dear Leader, Salad Dodger in Chief, Jon Threepuds is a bit quiet. Too busy bleaching his social media presence. One has to cement ones legacy doesn't one. Absolute Shit.

  2. ...and Eamonn Holmes said of HMRC: "It has cost me a lot of money to fight it and trust me, in that court room there were a lot of them against me." Of course there were a lot of them. 'Safety' in numbers is their usual strategy - cowardly little bullies.

When I instituted legal proceedings against HMRC, a lot of HMRC personnel were involved in attempting to pervert the course of justice by submitting 'evidence' which they knew was BOGUS. This is how they operate.

    1. Yes, I noticed that. Is Jon Threepuds paying the Day Subsistence rates for these little bandwagon jumpers? They mustn't have any casework to do for the week. Too busy scratching their zits in the court, or wanting an autograph.

Then again, the scum only go after the people when it suit them. Filth.
