  1. The atrocities within HMRC are not funny. Neither is the torment that the victims have undergone.

  5. It's all gone a bit quiet on the Nellthorpe case...no surprise...I discovered criminal law-breaking by HMRC management back in 2015...irrefutable evidence, HMRC did nothing...misconduct will continue...staff left suicidal...not convinced the corrupt (past & present) are ever going to be made accountable in court...vile human being masquerading as holier than thou civil servant...an insult to dedicate public servants the world over...cowardly, repugnant, scumbags...

    1. Paul Garlick. Do you know if the Palace are aware? HRH would go mental if she found out HMRC staff were being recommended for MBEs based on their ability to fellate a 34 stone rapist on HMRC property?

    2. I am no supporter of HMRC management and have been a regular contributor for years, an observation.
Are we drifting into fantasy land with some of the recent allegations, because unless there is proof, either civil, criminal or FOI then some of the claims on here don't appear to hold water.
On the other hand, if I have read between the lines correctly then various sources have made claims and given firm indications of where to shine the light.
Any HMRC sponsored review, enquiry or report will not suffice, so where are the proper authorities in this?
Nowhere to be seen or busy behind the turmoil.
The allegations that are current are serious indeed and speak to criminality of a severe kind.
      Patience, softly, softly, who knows?

    3. Yes, I somewhat agree, these posts whilst alarming are rather incredulous and a little unbelievable. Let's get back to reality with what really goes on within HHMRC.Asking for police on this forum to look into a crime seems rather dramatic. People know who to call when a crime is committed. Has that happened?

    4. Given the allegatons that have been supported by FOI, investigative reporting and the odd Tribunal results unbelievable is pushing it a bit. Incredulous for the latest claims, yes.
Reality is asking for the relevant authorities, in this case the Police/IOPC to undertake their responsibilities not dramatic.
My post at 10:53 above is based on the truth and I am quite convinced I am neither alone nor off track in this respect.
The least that has happened is a failure of HMRC to enforce its own rules and those of the Civil Service, the worst has yet to come to light.
The lack of support for the Grievance Procedure should be cause for concern in Whitehall.
As for basic humanity, morals, ethics, compassion and leadership, don't get me started.

    5. You know nothing of the Nellthorp case. I would refrain from commenting in this case the. However outrageous it sounds, it is 100 percent true. It is ok for staff to engage in orgies on works time is it?

    6. Sorry Anonymous 16th Feb.

I have only just seen this.

I've responded at the end of the thread.

  11. The culture is venomous and not conducive to going through the normal channels to report wrongdoing.

  12. Whilst Ive not seen anything like Nellthorp - I have seen cronyism.

Things have become a lot worse over the past decade.

In my office the abuse of "power" has led to dodgy recruitment/ promotions and a definite us and them culture advocated by management.

    Bullying if people speak out.

    Poor behaviours covered up.

It's the misuse of power and cover ups that are evident in my work place - that are only a few steps away from the alleged Nellthorp scenario.

    1. Agree entirely. In my office bullying and poor behaviour was common place. Make a stand and then the cover up machine starts up. Hmrc's human resources mob covered up bullying, harassment and criminal misuse of data. They should be prosecuted.

  13. However the hierarchy can rest assured that steps have now been taken to expose and right wrongdoing.

    1. And the sooner the results are out in public, the better. Nellthorp and his little gang cannot be the only 4 in a workforce numbering tens of thousands that are doing this, and there must be many aware of his gangs antics that won't come forward, which is sad (but understandable). As for their direct victims, hopefully the police investigation will uncover it all.

  14. Just to avoid doubt. Lesley Dooley is the cunt with the MBE who helped Nellthorp rape. Denise Bradley is the other AD on suspension. Her husband Mark Bradley is a proudly serving member of HMRC. Mark. Keep female friends away from Denise. Don't want them drugged. Lesley. Retired early? That what you've been telling them all?

    ReplyDelete
  15. Yep those names are familiar as any member of Counter Avoidance will confirm. Interestingly Bradley used to meet Nellthorp for sex in public places with a coat with nothing under it...

    1. Also in charge of DEC (under Nellthorp) Sorry no pun intended. You put in an FOI re DEC didn't you Ken?

Nellthorp was the Deputy Director responsible for DEC! Richardson the Director and Bradley the Assistant Director (operational level). Funny how HMRC denied Nellthorp had any responsibility?

  16. Err, I have been around here for a few years now and this thread contains perhaps the worst allegations I have seen.
Whilst I have no doubt that people at such grades have 'conspired' to cover up illegal acts, certainly seen it myself over various breches of civil and criminal law what I have read here is incredible.
It does not need to be proven to be investigated by the proper authority, it needs for the proper authority to act, gather evidence and substantiate the case either way, if evidence exists, present it to the CPS or the Attorney General.
Harrowing indeed if this proves to be the key to "Pandora's Box", but with this lot, nothing would surprise me.
But, if these allegations are not able to be substantiated then they are drawing attention away from all the other crimes awaiting proper investigation, of which I am sure there are many more than appaerent.
Would thes mangers as mentioned above carry any vetting above basic levels? If so...the vetting process and standards need to be rapidly overhauled as the gamekeepers appear to be also the poachers.
    What a mess!?

  17. Jees! If these two are the Mysterious Duo named in the press the why have they been on full pay for a year? Is there some form of positive discrimination going on? Why not get them off the books asap? And if it is true wtf is the husband doing sticking around with a creature like that. Press needs to put in an FoI to see if the above has any basis. If true despicable.

    2. They needed to be rewarded for being valuable to the senior leadershit team. Their bullying skills and sense of contempt for the peasants are a very saught after commodity whilst preaching values to the little people in the interests of themselves. Whilst the rest of us get treated like shit.

  18. Hi all,

I apologise, bar chuckling when this rhyme was originally posted I haven't been back to read the comments.

I cannot see anything here that hasn't been corroborated by my sources.

It would be funny if it wasn't so serious.

I personally have not bothered the Palace with the MBE issue, nor know anyone that has. I have been waiting for the criminal investigation to begin first.

This obviously does not stop anyone else contacting them to suggest they too could make some enquiries if they were so minded.

Keep up the good work all.
