HMRC seems to be constantly investigating issues with its IT partners.
ReplyDeletePerhaps there should be a full and transparent investigation into how much taxpayers money has been wasted by the ineptitude of HMRC management and its failed IT policies.
Do the words BILLIONS OF POUNDS mean anything in these days of austerity that we are all in together, never mind the tax gap, what about the IT "pit"?
Grrr....makes me real mad it does!

No point in dreaming chum, it was stated recently that perhaps the greatest problem is that HMRC is effectively a self regulating body.
