    Be interesting to see what Venntax members think about HMRC service to "customers", or is it that agents/representatives are not the "customer" so HMRC doesn't give a flying £*(K anyway?

  5. We have reached a stage where it doesn't matter what HMRC says anymore as just like politians, newspapers and weather forecasters, no one believes a word they say!

  6. Just over 65% take more than 1/2hr to get an answer FFS what's going on in there?
    Customer service my ar*e, too many chiefs not enough native americans!
    A taxman told me they have something like 70 directors in this organisation, sounds like the whole thing is out of control.
    Trouble is no-one seems to care?

  7. It would be interesting to know if the include calls to the debt collection side in this survey - or perhaps a comparison is needed between the time it takes to connect on the helplines and the time it takes when you phone to make payment? Does it take so long then?
