  1. The answer to the question is only if the tax is due and that the amount has remained unpaid following HMRC demands for payment. So, unfettered, no, treatment the same as for everyone else... uuhh... doubtful, this is an M.P. we are talking about, remember, but, the P.M. said "...we are all in this together!".
    Well, if you have read the resignation letter and the P.M's reply you will understand,
