HMRC Service Levels

Albeit a little late in the day, the ICAEW are conducting a survey into HMRC service levels for submission to the Treasury Select Committee.

Tax does have to be taxing.

    What a waste of time and money carrying out a review. Everyone knows HMRC is shite. Ask anyone who works for 'em for their honest opinion and they'll tell you as much!
