  1. Slash staff numbers to the bone for decades. After the SHTF, blame everyone and say they're under resourced. Next, complain that it takes years to train staff.

    Always blame the previous administration, government, Easter bunny with the caveat 'lessons have been learned '. Have a full review while demanding root and branch reform.

    If you want to know where the tax offices are, have a look on Right Move because they're now overpriced flats.

    Follow the money on that one. You might have to look offshore.
