The Serious Fraud Office should get involved now. The £100 Million and the claim for the relief itself.
ReplyDeleteThese 'Bonus Payments' as a result of the relief should be pursued , with penalties and interest. If this means the executives are made bankrupt and assets sold, I won't lose any sleep.
The executives won't be liable for any of the debt.
