According to a survey recently published by Which?, 38% of people who fill in their tax return online struggle with jargon on the HMRC website and find it confusing.
In the survey 32% of respondents found the tax form difficult to complete, and 39% said they needed to use guidance and information from sources other than HMRC to help complete their tax return.
Frankly I am surprised that the figure is so low!
Tax does have to be taxing.
