Delete>What they have done (in the case of our location at least) is to beg staff who had decided to leave on voluntary redundancy on 30 June to stay on until the building closes on 30 September. The vast majority have told them to shove it.
.....all well and good.....however the furlough phoneline has been over estimated.....staff are waiting 30 minutes between calls....while the Tax Credit helpline is currently snowed under.....waiting times are over an hour and 700+ in the queue.

Some office closures that have been put back - on the newer terms? i.e. less money?
