  1. Haha we know 21% of calls don't get answered and the rest...now people have to pay for the privilege of not getting through when they had a free phone in their town centre, yes now HMRC will charge you to not speak to an adviser...and they closed the EC's one month before Tax Credit deadline day what does this tell you? Now you know where the extra revenue will be coming from

  2. Smoke and mirrors, sleight of hand, snake oil salesmanship, flim flam, poppycock, bunkum, claptrap, balderdash etc. etc. ad infinitum, ad nauseum.

The "customer experience" will deteriorate for the majority of taxpayers. BTW, definition of customer still refers to choice!

No different to the bollocks they were spouting at the future of HMRC seminars.
Its all spin, bunkum, bare faced lies etc. Only telling you what they want to and hoping that a few gullible individuals swallow it. mark my words the whole Civil Service is set to fail. Bring in the establishments pals to pick over the carrion and take over the choice bits.
