Not being inclined to be sympathetic regarding anything to do with hmrc, but for once,
ReplyDeleteit does make you wonder how with ever more complicated tax issues loaded on top of the existing morass, how on earth will they manage to deal with an increasing workload with a decreasing workforce and a disastrous "customer" interface and a useless IT system?
