  1. Customer Readiness Team? Customer Fob Off Team more like. Preying that it doesn't turn to a huge cow pile in April. Although it will be down the headlines if the Army makes camp in Dover, maybe they can be trained up to do Customs inspections.

    It appears there might be a small issue with recruitment and retention into Digital and CDIO. So, if things don't go as planned they will have plenty of staff to look at MTD. The D stands for Digital after all.

    I have no doubt at all that they will get 232 tip top IT geniuses they need. Everyone wants to work for HMRC...
