HMRC Is Losing The Plot

HMRC has just sent me 'a one stop shop partnership pack' about the #loancharge which will charge people 20 years back tax on 5 April.
Me: I'm not in partnership with HMRC!
HMRC: it's between stakeholders, including the media, and HMRC
Me: I'm not a stakeholder in HMRC either!

This of course is HMRC attempting to spread some positive propaganda about the loan charge to journalists, in the hope that the media then pass on the propaganda to the taxpayers.

Doesn't seem to have worked as HMRC intended thusfar!

Tax does have to be taxing.
