This is no surprise to anyone who has analysed HMRC's responses on their HMRC Customer Twitter account - daily you will see HMRC staff asking taxpayers what 'department' they are trying to contact.
ReplyDeleteThe training and basic understanding of staff is so poor they don't even realise that HMRC doesn't have any 'departments' - it is a Department of Government.
