The Archbishop of Canterbury is Hypocritical Idiot!

Let him lead by example and request that the tax exemptions that the £8BN business known as the Church of England currently enjoys be lifted, so that the church and its ministers etc pay tax!

Tax does have to be taxing.

  1. Good points. "Raising Tax would make people happier". Really? Unless they are taking it from the mega rich. He made some valid points about the "Wonga" scum a few years ago, a now defunct organisation. That being said, he is still the figurehead of one of the biggest syndicates in the World.

Their wealth in money, land and property would dwarf the current crop of tech companies. All boxed off, naturally.

Jesus threw out the Moneylenders I believe. He understood about the enslavement of mankind via Usury (Interest), Debt and Taxation. The documentaries "Zeitgeist" and "Thrive" give more detail on this and the whole Babylonian Money Magik system.

I don't expect this house of cards to last much longer. Weeks and Months if the internet is to be believed.

Get your popcorn and enjoy the show.

    2. Bullying is a state of mind, the mind of the victim that is!
If you find there is too much mention of bullying on here for you feel free to find another topic that has affected so many past and present members of staff and the 'customer' base. or, you could always attend a Lean shiteboard event or a common purpose brainwash.

Definition of workplace bullying by the late Tim Field

Those who can, do. Those who can't, bully.
"Bullying is a compulsive need to displace aggression and is achieved by the expression of inadequacy (social, personal, interpersonal, behavioural, professional) by projection of that inadequacy onto others through control and subjugation (criticism, exclusion, isolation etc). Bullying is sustained by abdication of responsibility (denial, counter-accusation, pretence of victimhood) and perpetuated by a climate of fear, ignorance, indifference, silence, denial, disbelief, deception, evasion of accountability, tolerance and reward (eg promotion) for the bully."
      Tim Field, 1999

DSon't forget chum, you raised the topic ;)

    3. RE: HMRC Violence/Bullying and the late Tim Field: "...perpetuated by a climate of fear, ignorance, indifference, silence, denial, disbelief, deception, evasion of accountability, tolerance and reward (eg promotion) for the bully." This is exactly what happens at HMRC, though for deception read HMRC cover ups and attempts to pervert the course of justice. Scum of the earth...

  2. You're very welcome. Thank you for taking the time to comment. I hoped at least one person would like it.

  3. The problem with bullying in the HMRC...and I speak as a current employee...is that it floats in the air....it is so hard to nail it down.
The person on here who has been bullied perhaps is labouring the point....but then again we are not in the position he/she has been...we are not to judge.
I just hope they can find peace of mind,
I am currently trying to find that....and i am quietly attempting to get to that position.
It seems to be that particular areas of HMRC are better than others.
I know for a fact that Benefits and Credit are horrendous for very succinct bullying.
How I would love to say more and name names.
The once decent Inland Revenue has become a hell hole of despair.
