It was called a Land Boundary in the 60's & 70's, now it will be an ethereal or soft border, lets hope the legacy of 2 years of a microsoft manager works!?........
ReplyDelete"During her time at HMRC, Jacky has overseen a wholesale transformation of CDIO Group, enabling business-led, technology-enabled services to be delivered in new, innovative ways for our customers."
"Jacky’s consideration for the impact we have on society and for our responsibility to the customer is clear in all the programmes that she has introduced. We are stronger and more forward-focused as a result of her work. I would like to thank her for her massive contribution and wish her well in her return to Microsoft."
What could go wrong?

ReplyDeleteMicrosoft sign a £100m+ contract with HMRC while one of it's executives is on secondment to a high position in the department. The relevant thread currently stands at 6 comments.
Someone writes that their line manager has spoken to them harshly and we get page after page of almost hysterical reaction.
Whatever.
She was nothing more than a salesperson for Microsoft to flog £100m's of Surface pros to Hmrc, the rest of the time she was spouting off loads of diversity claptrap.
ReplyDelete"...a salesperson for Microsoft..." ergo HMRC is institutionally corrupt.
ReplyDelete" ...spouting off loads of diversity claptrap... " Quite so. Don't all management virtue signal and hide behind the Diversity lie?... meanwhile as current & former HMRC staff, GPs, psychiatrists, counsellors, and lawyers, the length and breadth of the UK would attest, these same management are part of the HMRC violent bullying and cover up culture which has left some HMRC staff feeling suicidal.
Bye then
