  1. Nothing quite like a good apology . Very sorry, lessons learned, COVID, Father Christmas etc etc.

  2. Hilarious. What exactly does the PAC think they'll do in twelve weeks?. There's no staff because the MP box tickers insisted on shutting hundreds of offices and getting rid of thousands of people. Now it's the finger pointing blame game. I don't blame Jim Harra either.

  3. Jim Harra was part of the senior management that presided over the bullying culture and the office closure programme of the late 2000s and the 2010s long before he was in the top job. The fact is, unfortunately, he is a big part of the problem. I blame him equally with the others.

    1. Agree, the introduced Building Our Future (BOF) but did not listen to their staff. I can't think of many of my colleagues that supported it at the time, all saying that it would not work. Now they are only allowed into the office on 3 days in 5 because their are not enough desks for them. Apart from Jim Harra, who was very encouraging of BOF, all the others that introduced it are well gone, either retired or went off to pastures new, leaving the mess for someone else to try and make work. It won't.

    2. 20 Jan @09:06 Good summary of Harra's involvement. His performance has needed to improve for years. Goodness what he did and with whom to get the CEO job

  4. Quelle Surprise!!

They might want to ask former employees, retired or otherwise, if they want to rejoin working from home. Twelve months Fixed Term Contract. Too much like common sense though isn't it.
